How Long Metronidazole To Work

I have no intention of competing Euterpe by this post but I saw on Arte last Thursday (in the desert of the inter-programmatic parties, and I still wonder how I could have done to miss this movie when it debuted in theaters in 2007, missed a place on the back of unenthusiastic reviews?) I saw so Elizabeth The Golden Age , film Shekhar Kapur, director of Indian origin Hollywodien Anglophile and by all appearances! This film was literally caught the eye! Official history always shows us the first Elizabeth as a kind of cold and inhuman monster * (the usual way to demonize the few must-powerful women who survived in the story told by men) whose main fact weapons have beheaded Mary Stuart, Queen of Scots, alleged poor defenseless woman. I think Mary Stuart is most loved in all cases by the French because it was more in the tradition of love, she was in spells of passion and in the roles assigned to women, specifically denied that Elizabeth! And she was Catholic.

Shekhar Kapur portrays us in a great film beautifully baroque, a woman lucid on his advisers men who act only out of interest in trying to manipulate, accuse him of not being married (they sell for him during a List of princes presentable in the role of standards) and not having children. According to the author of the film, it would have been manipulated about the execution of Mary Stuart that she felt like a queen on a par with itself, it does the war against Philip of Spain, a diabolical and terrifying intolerant Catholic (ah deadly rivalries between Nihilists that these systems are "revealed" religions "), because it is constrained, the Armada threat London by the Thames, and she wins the victory!

Throughout the film, Elizabeth - Kate Blanchett is filmed in overwhelming scenery in distant shots or overhanging, or in the privacy of her apartment without her wig as if to show its fragility woman's face to fate and at the same time, Elizabeth suggests unusually strong, even when it appears collapsed down a huge pillar or held at gunpoint by a murderer.

Once is not custom, we used a Hollywood movie where the central role is played by a woman! Clive Owen plays the role of Sir Walter Raleigh is usually reduced to the roles of the actresses in the American film industry misogynistic: the usefulness and attractive pallid Stooges! He is the bashful lover to be satisfied with a love by proxy with the Queen over her nearest court lady, when he won Virginia by giving this name in honor of Queen Elizabeth Virgin ** ! Pep and enjoyable!

Here is the trailer, I vainly tried to extract the film relating the "speech to The Troops" she gave in 1588 in Tilbury just before the battle and Shekhar Kapur's magnificent film: the queen, and weave Mounted in a very beautiful actress and plans squeezing his prancing horse. Kate Blanchett inhabits the role so convincingly, contrary to what we see in the trailer, it does not abuse the Steadycam!

Official: Elizabeth - The Golden Age int

The director concludes his film with a prayer for Elizabeth: "I was nicknamed virgin Queen without a husband. Childless, I am the mother of my people, give Me, My God, the strength to bear this terrible Libert é . I do not like the movies "in costume": they are generally sliced (pastry) history fossilized in the obscurantism of the past, but here Shekhar Kapur its bold bias artist is Elizabeth, sovereign of the 16th century, a modern woman .

If you missed this great movie, bad news, you went to art-side of happiness! But for once, history can repeat dishes: found certainly on DVD, available free from all good pharmacies (and good for media centers are like broke-me): although not paid, it's good health and morale!

Link to the page of Shekhar Kapur on IMDB database of film (in English) for the interested.

* It is true that the portraits "official" period which show emperruquée, encollerettée, buried under heavy brocade, makeup with a trowel, plaster pale color and turning it into a terrible primitive deity must be for something! But hey, image consultants are a recent invention. And I think she was better than his portraits.

** There was obviously no proof of her virginity, which is doubtful, but as she is the daughter of Henry VIII terrible and Anne Boleyn, queen beheaded martyr, one imagines vaccinated against marriage cons and what men can do to women! But that's just my explanation and I am not a historian. More information plug on Wikipedia
